The Friends of Accotink Creek Receive Board of Supervisors Environmental Excellence Award

The Friends of Accotink Creek were awarded a 2015 Environmental Excellence Award by the Fairfax Board of Supervisors on Tuesday Oct 6, at the Fairfax County Government Center, in appreciation of our dedicated work on behalf of the Accotink Creek watershed and the environment. We were nominated by Braddock District Supervisor Cook's office, and selected by the Environmental Quality Advisory Council. We appreciate this recognition, as well as the ongoing support of our partners and allies in the County!
